We've been enjoying visits from NI Chest, Heart and Stroke over the last few weeks. They have been delivering their annual Y5 'Chester's Challenge' program, encouraging pupils to consider improving their lifestyle in different ways. In particular, we focused on: sleep, exercise, diet and screen time.
